Piccadilly Farm CSA

This is our first year as CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) members. Here is our "share" today which we picked up at the farm  about 2 miles from home in Winchester, New Hampshire.

Today we chose eight different veggies that were all washed and beautifully set out in the newly renovated area of a big barn.  We chose: scallions, salad turnips, arugula, kohlrabi, baby bok choy, red & Green komatsuna, rainbow lactinado kale , and spinach.  There were a dozen lettuces as well as many other greens to choose from.  Each share has an amount that you may take.  If I had wanted all of one thing I could choose all 8 of my shares.   That could be a good thing for canning. I believe we shall be very healthy when this summer of farm goodness is done.

They also have a fine herb cutting garden. And later there will be pick your own flowers, strawberries, and any other things.  So exciting !!
