Sign up for cooking classes

Next week is Patriots Day/spring school vacation week here in Massachusetts.  And Kids cooking school is a fun way to get the kids thinking about where their food comes from and learning how to make something on their own in the kitchen.  We will think about what our revolutionary ancestors ate and how they cooked. We are going to practice making the Rainbow Wraps that the whole world will be making together at Food Revolution Day on May 16th.  We will also make a lot of healthy after-school snacks.   And, per requests from last session, we will do some baking of some sweet things, too!

Click on the "classes" link in the header and get signed up.
If you think you live too far away, say Boston, never fear.  There is a lot of fun to be had nearby for a parent, or two, who have 3 hours of free time.  i.e. lunch at The Farm Table, shopping at Kringle Candle, plenty of outdoor space for hiking or taking a bike ride.  I'd be happy to help you with your plans while the kids cook here.  And if you live even farther away, (maybe, you are coming from very far to run the marathon? or watch the red coats march on Lexington green on Monday?) this is a perfect addition to your New England vacation.
